             So I guess knowing exactly who you’re trusting with your resume/cover letter is important, which is fine by me; My name is Darrell (pronounced ‘Duh-rell’), and it’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance! Born and raised right here  in Los Angeles, California, I’ve had both the access and opportunity to a plethora of jobs in different fields throughout my life. 

Always considering myself a ‘Jack of All Trades’, dipping my toes into these different industries; Family Law, Retail, Public Relations, and Human Resources just to name a few. Those jobs, and a myriad of others, have allotted me knowledge to the inner workings of each and every one. The two biggest inspirations for me, my mom and older brother, had stressed the importance of there not being a concept of ‘too much information’ and to learn any/everything possible that I could. Not limited to things that interested me, but others that perhaps didn’t as well, since there is forever something useful in all disciplines.

             Let’s Resume is a love-letter to myself and the desire I’ve always had when it comes to learning; Learning more about people, about their cultures, experiences, and the world through which they navigate. Everyone has a story, and the way they tell that story is a testament to how they view their journey so far. My goal with this business is to assist those who want to focus more on making their story happen, and act as a scribe that will reflect, and put those experiences on paper in a way that effortlessly lets everyone else know that your story is worth listening to.
